Ashdin shares that hitting rock bottom is actually a fantastic thing, because the only place you go from there is the top. You can only make things better from there, but that will only happen if you take action. Could be anything from going on a jog to painting. That becomes a small step you take which will turn into a snowball of steps eventually.
