Decision fatigue is real and we make around 35,000 decisions each day. Who can blame us for wanting to not think about a decision and go with the default option every now and then?

But here's where default living becomes a problem... the decisions that are given to us as the default are not always aligned to the type of life or business that we want to build. And when we live too much of our lives by default, we start to feel the effects of living a bland life that doesn't light us up.
