Are we expressing gratitude for the things our spouses do and the what we have, or are we looking at the negative things and allowing those to bring us down? Do we look at the glass as "half full" or "half empty" and how are we looking at our relationship with our spouse? Do we show respect by what we say to our spouse, or how we are communicating?
