At just 18 years old, Louisa Sanghera bought her first property in the UK - an owner-occupied, three-bedroom detached house - and tripled her money from that investment.

Louisa is now the managing director at Zippy Financial, owns six properties across four Australian states, and joins host Alex Whitlock on this episode of The Smart Property Investment Show to explain why her personal strategy for maximising capital growth requires her to hang on to her properties for the long haul.
