What is a 1%-er
To first understand what a 1%-er is about, you must first understand what a 1%-er is not.
This course isn’t going to give you every in-depth super-sciency detail, it’s not going to breakdown every macro and micronutrient of nutrition, it’s not going to tell you why the amygdala functions the way it does, or go behind the scenes on the neurotheology brain synapses in your mindset, it’s not going to overwhelm you with forty different things you must do in order to get the best night’s sleep, or fourteen different food combos that you much mix together daily in order to feel healthy, it's not even going to tell you definites on what you must do. These type of specifics are fluid and always changing. For example, if I wrote this book five years ago one of the most powerful superfoods would have been the almond. Now I find myself trying to avoid the almond because it’s not as beneficial as it was once thought to be and there is a thing called the Bariku nut that basically blows it away in every single category possible. What I’m saying is, I don’t want this book to only be relevant for a year and have no relevance when your kids are grown up, or when your kids have kids. I want this course and book to transcend time. Concepts, mindsets, lifestyle habits transcend time - diets, workout routines, and the flavor of the month in mindfulness practice does not.
The reason I am creating this course is for the sheer fact of my passion for pouring in to others and seeing you be able to live your best day every day. I have been able to live my best day every day through optimizing my sleep, nutrition, training, mindset, rest and recovery, longevity, and swag confidence. I know how it has helped me never get sick, have ultimate energy every day, stay under 6% body fat consistently without having to live in the gym, being able to get the night’s sleep every night, knowing exactly what foods help my body and mind function at their best, reduce my telomeres (actual tracker of age) to ten years less than my age, all together allowing me to live each day with ultimate joy, passion for what I do, and overall confidence in who I am. I know if I am able to do this through concepts, mindsets, and lifestyle habits that are easy to develop then so are you. This is the definition of a 1%-er, someone who strives to be the best version of themselves they can be.
