TW (Tim) Smith is the host of Kungfu Podcasts with 300 episodes of content. His journey in Chinese Martial Arts began in the late 1980’s and continues to teach in Raleigh NC.
He has been teaching HopGar aka Lama Pai, ChoyLiFut, HsingI, YiChuan, Bagua Zhang and TaiJi Chuan since the mid 90’s.
He has also been working with chronic disease patients in hospitals and clinics since 1989.
