Jeff Pensiero is the CEO of Baldface Lodge who co-founded it almost 30 years ago because he loves snowboarding. Baldface is one of the most renowned commercial cat operations in North America.

Jeff's goals are to make Baldface the greatest ski and snowboard destination on the planet, and hopefully become a great boss, partner, and father in the process! As the owner of the Baldface Lodge, Jeff is definitely living his dream!
