People limit their potential because they don’t want to spend the time it requires to get to where they want to be. Whether you’re talking about the possibilities of your career, the possibilities of your health or the possibilities of your relationships; you need to think about what you can do to achieve what it is you’re aiming for. Stop making excuses because so and so doesn’t like you, or your city doesn’t have the economic support for your business, and do something. Our potential is often limited by our own unwillingness to put in the time or effort required to get where we want to be. Instead of focusing on what's lacking in our lives, it's important that we focus on the possibilities that exist for us if we take action. Whether it's looking at different career paths or searching for new relationships, never limit yourself by thinking only about what you lack—think instead about how far you could go if only you allowed yourself to explore new options. 2. Put Your Phone On Airplane Mode, Or Toss Your Phone In A Drawer. We spend too much time on social media and not enough time enjoying life and the largest need is to stop trying to share every minute of our lives with those around us. Embrace being present and embrace being with those who are physically around you. In today's world, it can be hard not to constantly check our phones or tablets, but this won't help us reach our goals or enjoy life more fully.
