This quote leads us into our guest today Cullen Aubin. I originally connected with Cullen when he was a thrower at UNH. Cullen has done an amazing job at connecting and spreading the knowledge of the underground world that is throwing and bringing it all to light. He has experience as both a Strength Coach and a throwing coach and today we talked about his experience as a coach so far, how he believes you need to make connections and what providing value really means.
