Eve Jihan Jeffers-Cooper (@therealeve) joins me to talk about her career in music, film and daytime TV. Over two decades Eve has navigated the music industry, won a Grammy award, made a seamless transition into film, launched her own fashion label and now sits on the hosting panel of The Talk, one of America's top-rated day time TV shows.

In this episode we discuss the downside to success, how failures and disappointment can actually help steer you in the right direction, how she climbed out of a 'dark hole' of depression and the affirmations, meditations and rituals that help her stay on track.

Eve was in London for the launch of the Gumball 3000 Rally which took place between 5-12th August and ended in Tokyo.
