Episode 34 of the Long Covid Podcast is a chat with Sam Munslow about her experiences with Covid and then Long Covid, and how that led to her new book "We Will Covive" and her becoming The Covid Coach.
Sam's book is written with diary entries followed by reflections and it was fascinating reading it because I saw so many parallels from my own experiences, and had had similar reflections myself! We also talk about how our thoughts can be harmful and how "mental self-harming" adds even more nastiness on top of the physical experience of Long Covid.
