Libi Villagomez, is a Certified Life Coach specializing in living alcohol free. She had her own business in Mobile Dog Grooming, and prior to that, moved from Australia to the United States to be with her husband since 2009.

Having suffered deep negative impacts arising from her difficult past, including depression and type 1 diabetes since 1976, Libi used alcohol to numb her feelings and escape reality, to finally become alcohol free. In 2020, after almost 10 years of trying numerous other methods including AA, podcasts, quit lit, moderation, and white knuckling it, she invested in a program to get off the rollercoaster of her life.

She loved receiving the education which changed her life. Nobody chooses to be addicted and it is not their fault. She changed her mindset and has not looked back. This inspired her to want to help others find their freedom from the restrictions of alcohol. And have fun doing it!

Libi's mission and passion is to show others how you can change your life into one that you desire; without blame and shame, without judgment, but with compassion and grace for yourself. Her aim is to heal you so much that you won’t need her anymore! How cool is that?
