Mike McGill is the founder of WaterPIO, a national public communications firm dedicated to affordably helping water and wastewater utilities of all sizes improve customer, media, and crisis communications.  Before creating WaterPIO, Mike worked with utilities including Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, serving two million people outside Washington DC, and the Cape Fear Public Utility Authority in Wilmington, North Carolina. Mike’s background started in media, working with both CNN and CBS.
