Why this investor wants a well-balanced portfolio – including property

In this episode of the Smart Property Investment Show, host Phil Tarrant is joined by Matthew Fennessey, who over the years has had a diversified investment portfolio that, at one point, also saw him investing in property as an asset class. Having now sold those properties, Matthew shares his hesitation to jump back into the property market in the current climate, and despite making a good return, why he still holds some regrets about selling his properties. Matthew discusses why he has recently been investing outside of property, his attitude toward risk versus return, and what is holding him back from jumping back on the property bandwagon.
