The "How Disease" is essentially waiting for everything to align perfectly before acting. Spoiler: It never happens! Instead, I suggest four steps:
- Get Fuzzy: Don't wait for perfect clarity. Have a general goal.
- Get Current: Know where you are. What's working? What's draining you?
- Find Yourself: Practice stillness, connect with your intuition.
- Take One Step: Daily actions beat waiting for the perfect plan.
