21: Weight Gain - Why it Happens and How to Get Rid of It!

Weight gain is something most of us have struggled with, or will struggle with at some point in our lives - whether we are male or female.   Is it just me, or does it seems harder with each year to keep it off?   In this episode, I chat with one of the most renowned physicians in the US, Dr. Lauren Streicher about why we gain weight (especially in mid-life & menopause), and HOW to get rid of it in a healthy way.
