Let’s step away from fitness and talk about pursuing your dreams, no matter how old you are, with stand up comedian Caroline Picard.  Foul mouthed Caroline discusses how she never stayed in a job if she got bored with it, started doing open mics at 40, then went full time into comedy at age 50 and toured the country.  She has been a full time comedian now for over 20 years being her authentic self. She has a wild story and may just inspire you to let anything stop you from being you.  We also get her perspective on coofid, doctors, having Wesley Snipes be your pilot, prescription medication/over medication, and our famous last question!
