Most of us dread the next day for some reason or another.
It might be that you have 3 games instead of 2 plus an extra run to school.
Maybe it's more like you had a fight last night with your spouse, and things around the house are a bit heated. But there is nothing that is releasing the tension. All you do is dread the wake-up to repeat the tension all over again.
No one likes to feel shame, guilt, or anger. But we get complacent with these emotions that allow us to get comfortable with bad stuff that we don't like.
Yet who cares. This is normal and we press on.
