Advice on how to thrive in challenging times

Today Commander Divine has a solocast to give us advice on how he believes we can be moving forward and overcoming the difficult times created by COVID.

One of the first things that he point out is that almost all human times - from prehistory to the present - have been challenging times.

That doesn't make the present less challenging, but it has always been this way. And obviously we're not seeing it, but there are many amazing opportunities in front of us.
