Ryan completed a PhD in exercise science focusing predominantly on the topics of exercise efficiency and fatigue. This education combined with Ryan's background as a national level track cyclist, and passionate road cyclist and runner, as well as his passion for data gives him a unique insight into the training methodologies, pitfalls and strategies of two very different sports.
