We feel bored because we are so used to being overly stimulated. To reduce boredom:
- Unplug from technology – to have a better dopamine homeostasis.
- Practise meditation – to ground and calm your mind.
- Be curious & open to your surroundings – notice that in itself life is stimulating enough – never to feel bored again.
