Today Robyn and I talk about energetic frequencies, vibrations and flow. I am so into this conversation about vibe and food. It is something that I am personally really digging into in my own life and I using in my own work as well. But what I love about this episode is how Robyn brings quantum physics to the conversation, so it's like combining woo woo stuff with actual science proving we and everything around us is just energy. All day long we’re either giving or receiving energy. The more energy we have, the higher we vibrate and more of what we LOVE becomes available to us.
