Ruth is a patron for the UK anxiety charity, No Panic, and recently completed her MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, conducting her research in Coaching and Post-Traumatic Growth. A qualified professional coach who also set-up the not for profit organization 'Champs for Change'.
