Sommer Hood started her career working as a nurse in the Emergency Room which then led her back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing for 1 year as a Nurse Practitioner but has over 5 years experience in different acute care settings.

Ashley Codding began her career as a certified dietician and then transitioned to her provider role as a Physician Associate. She has 8 years of provider experience in both an urgent care and outpatient setting.

Both Ashley and Sommer are excited to start taking a more preventative approach at Modern Endocrine and expand their knowledge. They are committed to continuous learning and helping patients to become the best versions of themselves.
