We have been wanting to have a client on to talk about her why and progress with the coaching process, and we are fortunate enough to have Jenn Green (client of Jim's through POP w/ Mike Millner), CrossFit box owner, and boss of all things CrossFit Affiliates. We discuss how CrossFit is for everyone, but not everyone may be for CrossFit - depending on goals. We also talk about how CrossFit is doing more to support Affiliates and Jenn's role in that process... by supporting the Affiliates, you support the client better. We also talk about Jen's reason for hiring a coach, what changes she has made, what "eating more" means, the importance of planning meals, and more. We are very excited for this episode.
