IFS and PAUSE in Parenting with Leslie Petruk

On today's episode I chat again with Leslie Petruk, IFSI Lead Trainer, who wrote a chapter in the Altogether Us book entitled, "IFS and Parenting: Becoming an In-sightful Parent."

We jump right in as Leslie and I talk 'off mic' about all things parenting, and I needed to include it in the episode for you!
