Michael Bungay Stanier returns with Jim to discuss his upcoming book, How to Work with (Almost) Anyone: Building the best possible relationships, which tackles course correction, social contracting, and shared commitments between colleagues. Michael explains that setting systems is the best chance you have when things get messy and Michael walks you through his research and how to implement those systems. 

Michael's book, The Coaching Habit, a self-published book has become the best-selling book on coaching this century. He founded a training and development company, Box of Crayons, that has taught coaching skills to hundreds of thousands of people around the world. Michael will be featured as a keynote presenter at the 2023 Teaching Learning Coaching conference in Orlando, FL.
