The Risk of a Keystone Conversation
There's no doubt about a gym that this plays with and is affected by power and structure and hierarchy. So it is easier for a boss to sort of go, hey, let's have this conversation to somebody that they're leading than somebody who's being led saying to the boss, hey, could we have this type of conversation? That is absolutely possible. I've done it myself, but it's harder. And there is a way I I'm not sure how yet, but I'm sure there is an abused process can get abused a little bit in the same way as Kim Scott's radical candor.
