#73- How Bullying Impacted my Mental Health (with Tyler Dulong)

Happy Friday! This week's episode is very eye-opening and unique. Our guest, Tyler, shares his experience with bullying, how that affected his mental health, and how he got to the place he's at today. Throughout his early school years, Tyler was getting bullied nearly every day which led to him having extreme anxiety about going to school. This anxiety also turned into a depression where he was feeling 'fed up' with everything that was happening to/around him. He ended up getting homeschooled in Grade 12, which actually improved his academic performance, as well as his mental health. After college, he found himself a part of a new social group that allowed him to express himself in a way that he was never able to before. Tyler's story is incredibly vulnerable, raw, and inspiring.
