This week, we are joined by Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, Brianna Gibbons. She went to school for Biochemistry and then decided that she wanted to use her passion for fitness and nutrition to help other people. Bri created an Instagram page (@brisbootcamp) that provides realistic and sustainable workouts, tips, and inspiration to live a balanced life. We talk about the impacts that social media has on our mental health and well-being, as well as how things like positivity, gratitude, and mindset can improve our overall health.
