RJ Spina is a metaphysical teacher, channeler, and healer who, through his revolutionary self-healing techniques, "Ascend the Frequencies" authentically and verifiably healed himself from permanent chest-down paralysis and severe disease. In this interview, RJ Spina discusses the process of self-mastery and the freeing of humanity from the ego-mind identity. He explains the concept of the multiverse and the role of ascended masters in guiding humanity's evolution.

In 2016, RJ Spina became permanently paralyzed from the chest down requiring emergency life-saving surgery. He was deathly ill with a rare staph-infection that compressed his spinal cord. He was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, autoimmune disease, autonomic dysreflexia, and suffered from life-threatening complications due to my catastrophic spinal injury. RJ's body was destroyed and beyond repair.

He spent roughly 3 months in a hospital/rehab facility being inundated with antibiotics, drugs, painkillers and rudimentary physical therapy. He was given zero chance of ever walking again and was told he would need medications for the rest of my life. Today, RJ is no longer paralyzed. In fact, within the first 100 days after emergency surgery, he walked unassisted – just as he predicted in the ICU. His diagnosed illnesses and diseases have been resolved, even the mystery lethal infection that months of powerful antibiotics could not cure.
