Gray Cook is the founder of the Functional Movement Systems, and one of the greatest minds in the world of strength, conditioning and rehabilitation.

Gray has been a pioneer of connecting the clinical and fitness worlds together with the FMS systems, and personally, is one of the main reasons I became a coach.
