Today’s conversation is with fellow attorney Scott Oliver, a Partner at Lewis Kappes. Scott became the youngest equity partner in his firm’s history. But that’s not why we’re talking or what we will be chatting about today. Scott is a big believer that being more “human” as a lawyer leads to greater success and happiness.
