In this discussion, we learn all about attachment theory and how our early family relationships impact our attachment styles AND how this can impact our relationships later in life. She describes each attachment style, shares how we can reprogram our core wounds, how to identify our emotional triggers and how to communicate our needs and boundaries to our partners. All really important stuff! We definitely have the capacity to change if we become more conscious of what’s driving our behaviors. That’s great news. I learned a lot.
