Ashwin is a storyteller & motivational speaker based in Dublin, Ireland, specialising in positive visual storytelling. He helps companies connect with their audience through illustrations & design. Ashwin is interested in uncovering the social interactions that drive culture and seeks to capture these moments in bold lines & shapes. His compositions focus on a strong use of characters intermingled with typography and patterns. He likes to describe his work as; positively playful.
Ashwin develops and designs conceptual illustrations for advertising campaigns, products, packaging, editorial, children's books and one-off commissions worldwide. He also runs creative workshops and speaks in companies to encourage creativity.
Ashwin's books include Keep At It, Little Optimist, A little book About Justice, Everybody Feels Fear, What Wondrous Shapes We Are, and What do you think? He is an Illustration Ireland, AOI and Design OP member and was awarded Facebook Artist Residency, Adobe Creative Residency, and an IDI Shortlist for Illustration.
