In this episode, I had a conversation with one of my favorite energy experts, Karla Brodie, who is an experienced yoga teacher and expert in rest and embodiment practices. We explored the importance of rest as a learned skill, challenging the notion that rest is lazy while discussing practical ways to incorporate restorative practices into daily life. Karla shared her knowledge from 30 years of teaching and working with different groups, including people with chronic illnesses and cancer.
