What I have found is that people focus on different metrics on LinkedIn.

Some people focus on the number of comments, while others focus on the amount of "likes".

What I focus on is in my opinion the most important metric to measure....Post Impressions.

But what are they?

As defined by LinkedIn, "Post impressions are the number of times your posts were seen on LinkedIn. This number is an estimate and may not be precise."

So why is that important?

The more impressions you have, the more visibility you have, which means the greater opportunity for business growth you will have.

So how did I do it?

1. Joined 3 groups where my counterparts or ideal clients spend their time

2. Post a relevant poll 1-2x per week

3. Engage back with those who engage with me in the comment section
