What inspires you to stay in an energized state?
In today’s episode of Mindset Monday, I’m asking you to not quit on your goals. My friend, Dr. Daniel Amen shared with me that it’s all about the tiny habits. So start with that tiny little habit of saying, “Today is going to be an amazing day!” or even stretching for five minutes! Your head can be a scary place to be, but it’s all about those small habits that will make it better.
