• Tarek Mouganie is passionate about entrepreneurship and the creative industries as a way of supporting social and economic development.
  
• He is on the board of 1-54, the largest African contemporary art fair and Greene Light Stage (Old Vic Productions) in London.
  
• Tarek is also the creator of Front/Back, a social venture that nurtures and promotes music and art from Africa and its diaspora.
• He is the co-founder and former CEO of the Ghana Triathlon Federation and was the Honorary Consul of Cape Verde in Ghana, nominated by Mo Ibrahim Prize Laureate, HE Pedro Pires.
• Tarek was a Director at Man Group (GLG Partners) and began his career as an academic at the University of Cambridge where he obtained his PhD.
