I am one who enjoys watching patterns and learning from people why they do what they do. And these past few days have given us a glimpse into how Queen Elizabeth II lived her life.
She was a woman dedicated to tradition, but an understanding of progression. And so, as I've viewed some of the tributes to her life, I was reminded how crucial it is for you and me to know how to move forward with intentionality. Yet at the same time not lose oneself in the practice to progress.
