BIG QUESTION: Why does tuning out on holidays let us tune in to our inner voice?

My BIG QUESTION this week is around tuning in to our inner voice, and why it often requires stepping back from our daily grind to access it.

Our daily routines don't always leave a lot of time to reflect and think about where we’re at in our life, what we want to change, what is it that is going to make us happy? 

So in this episode I’m going to share with you the major decision I made when I was on holiday and able to tune into my inner voice, which was telling me I wasn't happy
