They have been fascinated by the life-changing stories they’ve heard from our network members and investors, so they thought it would be inspiring to share some of these stories on the Real Wealth Show. As you may know, we define Real Wealth as having the money and the freedom to live life on your own terms. Today’s guest is taking action on that idea, and is on track, with his wife, for early retirement.
Kevin and Michelle Yu are two 30-somethings with W2 jobs in the Sacramento area, but are also passionate about passively investing in real estate. They see it as an avenue that will lead to a more secure retirement in a shorter amount of time, hopefully. Michelle couldn’t make it for the interview after a sleepless night with their one-year-old, but Kevin fills us in on how they got started, what they’ve bought so far, and what they are planning for the future to realize their real estate goals.
