On this episode of Property People, we meet Jack Jiggens, Land & Acquisitions Director at EXP Property.

Jack specialises in adding value to property. He does this with multiple strategies such as, converting commercial into residential, building residential on land or reconfiguring existing residential property. 

Jack has experience in back to back sales, planning uplift, straight refurb, flips, build to rent, commercial conversion and new build. All of which have been managed in a hands on capacity or through project management from start to completion. 

The majority of Jacks work involves Joint Venture partnerships by combining assets, whether that be, experience, expertise or finance.
