How shallow it is of us to assume that the name of the day dictates the feeling you should have. What if you were to buy into the truth of how you get to control how you show up?
Think about how you woke up today. Maybe you could ask yourself the same question as you go to bed. You can feel what you want, but you can also determine how you want to react or respond to your feelings.
Just Monday is not liked by the majority of people who go to work, doesn't mean you have to dislike Monday. It's all your perspective.
