I know firsthand just how much of a challenge it is to let go of deep-rooted beliefs & mindsets around food and your body that you've held for the majority of your life.
I know that the Intuitive Eating journey is not linear. There's a mixed of emotions involved, including grief, sadness and regret. Those emotions need to be validated, and included as part of the process. But, there's also so many positives that come out of going through the discomfort of change.
As someone who has recovered from my own history of disordered eating & body image issues, I want to share 6 reasons why staying committed to my healing journey was SO worth it, even on those tough days.
My hope is to inspire, motivation and encourage you to continue on this path to reclaiming a health, pleasant and easy relationship with food and your body.
