The three of us have a conversation around the current state of trail and ultrarunning, the decision making process for post college athletes about potentially joining the sport, and how some of the best runners in the sport (Dylan Bowman, Katie Schide, Drew Holman, Tori McCann, Adam Merry, and many others) focused on other sports in college and why that may have helped them in their running journeys.
