Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🇺🇸 American Collins
Recipe: The Spruce Eats
1 1/2 ounces of gin
3/4 ounce of simple syrup
3–4 ounces of club soda
1/2 ounce of lemon juice
8 blueberries
4 cherries
Instructions: In a collins glass, muddle blueberries, cherries, simple syrup and lemon juice. Then, add the gin and fill the glass with ice. Stir briefly and top with club soda. Garnish with a cherry and a lemon wheel and enjoy!
