Before You Kill Yourself: a suicide prevention podcast. TYRICE MCCOY M.A.: How to move beyond relationship conflict
Couples therapist, Tyrice McCoy, joins me to discuss: how communicate beyond the conflict; how to walk in your purpose; why we feel like a burden and/or unworthy; how to be alone, but not lonely; finding your strengths and the ingredients of a healthy relationship.
BIO:
It is my passion to help heal families. I believe that our family shapes our core; it is the foundation on which we build the structure of our lives. Therefore, our work will include exploring the important role that family has played in developing the many foundational beliefs, interactional styles, signature themes, and attractions that are so important to contributing to your quality of life. I received my Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Rosemont College and my Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Morgan State University. With my technical background in the STEM Field, and my courageous, purposeful shift to all things therapeutically generative, I am a large proponent of following your purpose path, wherever it may lead. For it is through the journey, that we prepare for our destination
