After going to this year's Kansas City Fitness Summit I got to meet a lot of really cool people who I had a lot in common with. Chase Erwin is from Little Rock, Arkansas. The funny backstory to this is every time I read "Arkansas", I accidentally say Ar-Kansas". Little embarrassing, but at least I didn't say it like that in the episode. I suppose I could have left that out of the description but oh well. 

We talk about Chase's origin story, Canada things, Arkansas things, he does a really solid wrestler impression, recounts some of his favourite client stories, talks about the things he loves about his wife and gives some rock solid advice for new parents. 

At some point in one of the stories, someone gets poop on their hands. You'll have to listen to find out who.
