The root of all of my positive changes has been awareness. Awareness helps us zoom out to see all the programs we’ve been running on autopilot – bad habits, learned behaviors, emotional addictions – and from that awareness, we can start to make a change.

At the very basic level, awareness is important because, how can we identify what needs to change, if we’re not aware of it in the first place.

Awareness works like a muscle. You have to build it up.

Today we’re talking about how to open ourselves up to deeper levels of awareness, and not just for our own benefit but for humanity as a whole. In the deepest levels of awareness, we start to experience oneness – or that invisible realm of support, love and inspiration that’s always available to us.

Our guest today is Best-selling author and international speaker Gary Douglas. He’s known for his intensity of awareness and his incredible capacity to open people up to ‘know what they know’. He chooses to embody consciousness in everything that he does which inspires others to choose to become more conscious as a result.
